However, given the volume of products and suppliers, we encourage intellectual property rights holders to collaborate with us in addressing potential infringements.
1. Types of Intellectual Property Infringement We accept and investigate complaints related to the following types of intellectual property violations:

2. Intellectual Property Complaint Procedure If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please follow these steps to submit a complaint:

Send an email to server@dysexy.com with the subject line: Intellectual Property Complaint. Include the following details:

Your Contact Information: Full name, company name (if applicable), email address, and phone number.

Description of Alleged Infringement: Clearly specify the product(s) or content that you believe infringe your intellectual property rights.

Proof of Ownership: Attach relevant documents such as trademark registration certificates, patent numbers, copyright registration details, or any other supporting materials that establish your legal ownership.

Links or Screenshots: Provide the URLs or screenshots of the allegedly infringing listings on our platform.
Step 2: Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a complete complaint, our legal team will review the claim within 7 business days.

If the claim is valid, we will take appropriate actions, which may include removal of the infringing content or suspension of the seller’s account.

If additional information is required, we will contact you via email.
Step 3: Resolution & Follow-Up

You will receive a response regarding the outcome of the investigation.

If necessary, we may assist in mediating disputes between the rights holder and the seller.
3. False or Misleading Claims Submitting false or misleading IP complaints may result in legal consequences. We reserve the right to take action against individuals or entities that abuse the complaint process.
