Refused Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, we will issue a 50% refund of your payment upon receipt of the returned package.

Restricted Addresses: Express shipping is not available for APO/FPO & PO Boxes.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is opened or damaged, or if an item is missing, please retain the outer packaging and contact us immediately.
