Return & Refund Policy

At Dysexy, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel an order or return an item, please review our policies below.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us at server@dysexy.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it. In this case, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return as per our return policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

  • The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at server@dysexy.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product received, and reason for the return.

  • Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with the return address.

  • Include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the return package.

  • Please note:

    • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fee.

    • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund based on the original payment method.

1. Credit/Debit Card Payments

  • Refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original transaction.

  • Depending on your card issuer, it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. PayPal Payments

  • Refunds for PayPal payments will be credited back to your PayPal account.

  • It may take 1-3 business days for the funds to be available in your PayPal account.

3. Other Payment Methods

  • If you used an alternative payment method (e.g., digital wallet, bank transfer), please contact server@dysexy.com for assistance.

  • We will work with you to process the refund according to the payment method used.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Customized products

  • Event promotional items

  • Other products specifically marked as non-returnable

Damages & Issues Upon Receipt

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
